Model Overview

The legacy Sora 2 route used the model name to select portrait or landscape orientation. From 10/20, 15-second models dropped from $0.25 to $0.15/call, so every base model cost $0.15/call regardless of duration or orientation. The HD model sora-2-pro produced HD 1080P output at $0.8/call. Because HD generation took longer, it was available only via the Async API.

The HD model (sora-2-pro) worked only via the Async API. Test with a base model first, then switch to HD once the results look right.
